Located in the heart of Midtown, our New York locations offers two distinct dining experiences, The Bar & Lounge and the Dining Room. In the Bar & Lounge, enjoy all the best of Caviar Russe in a relaxed and refined setting featuring caviar, raw bar and fun bites all paired with fantastic wines, champagnes and cocktails. The Dining Room, presents a Michelin Starred fine dining experience paired with an extensive selection of our exclusive caviar, enjoy a 3 or 6 course tasting menu with a la carte options available.

The Bar & Lounge is open from Monday - Saturday all day and Sundays for Brunch. On Friday evenings we feature live music from 630pm to 930pm.

The Dining room is open for Lunch, Monday - Sunday and Dinner, Monday - Saturday, offering the seasonal tasting menu. Additionally, we offer a Grand Tour of Caviar Russe, an immersive experience, seatings are available Monday-Saturday 5-7. The evening begins in the Bar & Lounge with spoons of caviar and champagne, followed by a selection of fun bites and snacks, continuing upstairs to the Main Dining Room with a specially curated Chef's tasting menu. Monday – Saturday: Bar & Lounge - 12-10, Dining Room 12-3, 5-10.
Sunday: 12 noon – 4pm (Brunch is served in the Bar & Lounge, Chef's tasting menu in the Dining Room).
